Magellan Search Group, Inc., a leading Philadelphia area
recruiting and staffing firm, announced the promotion of Steven
Mickus to Managing Partner and the Executive Leadership Team.
Mickus, a Magellan Search Group veteran, joined the company in
2005 as an Associate Recruiter, Director, and will now take on the
role of Managing Partner. Mickus says of the new role, "It is my
greatest honor to become a partner within a company I hold to such
a high regard. In the coming years, I look forward to my new role
as a leader, contributing to the professional growth of those I
mentor, and the continued success of those I am privileged to work
with here at Magellan Search Group, Inc."
Mickus joins Magellan's Founder and President Matthew Kenefic, and
CEO Joseph Nicolas on the Executive Leadership Team. "It is a
pleasure to welcome Steve into his new role as Managing Partner
here at Magellan. His hard work and commitment to Magellan have
earned him this honor. I couldn't be more proud of how far he has

Mickus began his career in the commercial real estate industry. He
specialized in mortgage consulting, marketing, commercial sales and
leasing. He joined Magellan's Accounting and Finance Division,
where he was an integral part of that unit's explosive growth over
the last 6 years. "Steve has proven himself to be an invaluable
asset to Magellan, and we are excited that he has reached the
Partnership level. We look forward to having Steve continue to be
an instrumental part of our Magellan family for many years to
come.", said Nicolas.
Mickus is a native of the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. He
currently resides in North Wales with his wife Marcy and their 10
month old son Brayden.
